Does your team have good wlb?
Please mention your company/team and comment on its wlb. I'll start: Company: A top pharma company (not mentioning the name because everyone here is from the tech industry) Team: Rare diseases research Wlb: Very good, usually 9am to 4/5pm, no working weekends.

Yeah... i dont agree for linkedin...some groups/teams are like sweatshops with inexperienced novice engineers turned to mgrs

I love the balance on my team. We work late only if absolutely necessary. No one is policing people’s desks to make sure they’re in their seat at 8am or whatever. I used to work in advertising. That was hell.
LinkedIn has probably the best WLB for the pay we get.
Which team are you in?
I think anything Apps is going to be more chill
