Doordash TC?
Curious to know what are numbers for YoE 9 Recruiter is working on the numbers right now. TC -$300k (at todays closing price) P.S. no jokes about DD tips et. all

I’m guessing E5 so should be between $300-400k TC. Of course since it’s a startup they will tell you all about hyper growth and how your RSUs will double in half a year - which honestly could be true, but it’s no guarantee
DoorDash RSUs have tripled in value over the past 12 mos.
If you're that risk averse why don't you stay at the FAANGs or similar?
People with 2 YOE have 400k TC at DoorDash since they have like $1m in RSU so you’ll prob get way less than that
E5 300-350 , E6 400-450 but only if you have compete offer or you have the exactly skill the team want.

YoE isn't always apples to apples across companies. Depending on which level you're at...Probably same, maybe just a little bump to compete. No bonus, though.

Maybe a little higher...310-315? Your recruiter will try to twist the value however which way to make it sound great. Main suggestion is to try and get the higher end on base. At least you're guaranteed that.
