Like most companies, a lot depends on your direct manager and your role. But overall, the culture is great. We take a lot of time and effort to hire the right people who are aligned with our culture. Company is growing very rapidly and doing extremely well. There is very good work-life balance. Good luck!

btcbonanza Dec 10, 2021Depending on what group you’re in it depends. In my opinion they take this DEI stuff way too far. Way too political and if your manager doesn’t have pull, you will get no where. Cool office, paid lunch, WFH.
Company is doing very well and growing fast. The work culture is good IMO and they offer decent perks, although obviously not comparable to some of the bigger companies.
