It's no secret that San Jose is going to blow up soon. Sam Licardo is a god damn genius. Google, Airbnb, Adobe, Uber, Apple and a bunch of other corps are buying land in downtown and nearby in North San Jose. With a estimate I personally believe is underestimated that is a 235 million injection into the market. Is now the time to buy before it all gets completely gentrified?
