Drinking water 💦

I do not like the taste of normal tap water. It makes me drink less and then I feel dehydrated. I usually get Kirkland water bottles from costsco. But they are too expensive as in I spend 40-50 dollars every month on water. Just wondering what do you guya do for drinking water.

We got a RO filter under the sink last week and the water tastes amazing. I have heard that there are some filter models that add back some minerals for taste retention

Ohk. I can search for it. Can you share the model/link you bought ?

I bought this primarily to make RO/DI water for my aquarium. Works well and has been with me for about two years now, I think. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B010RD13NM/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_i_wK7oCbKQ9X9RK

Get a Brita filter pitcher or a Brita filter for your tap and see if it helps.

Depends on the state. Is this California? There should be no sales tax but yes CRV

Because bottled water is not a necessity but a luxury 😉

Your kidneys are much more expensive and kidney stones hurt af (talking from experience). Idk what water - and how much - u buy. I usually buy bulk online once a month and got it delivered at home. I have a stack next to my door so i pick a bottle every day when i leave for work. Drinking enough water has way too many benefits to worry about price too much if that will help you reach your daily needs. I rotate brands and always only weakly mineralized.

RingCentral Duck-Bezos OP Jan 13, 2019

So you got kidney stones after drinking tap water??

Nestle PIAo40 Jan 13, 2019

No. I had kidney stones because of not drinking enough water. Hence I built a strategy to carry always water I like drinking so it won't happen to me again. This being said, depending on where u live tap water can be pretty loaded with calcium and other minerals and we often don't even know what kind of water comes out of the tap. Once I had to learn about the whole thing I decided I wanted to take control about it.

Brita water filter. Or get a whole house filter with reverse osmosis.

Tap water has good minerals filters remove. Also you get plenty of water from food. If you're thirsty drink otherwise don't worry about it.

this is a first world problem

RingCentral Duck-Bezos OP Jan 13, 2019

Lol. It might be a reason for third world war too.

It is not. You can imagine that tap water is worse in some other countries so all the people have to use water filter and as a result water is usually much better than in USA.

They put estrogen in it
