Yoe- 7 Dropbox gave me a verbal offer and wouldn’t budge on compensation, especially on stock. Base pay - $182k Bonus - 20% Rsu- 186k over 4 years. Sign on 12k Total comp: ~275K(not including sign on) They want me to accept it or leave in two days. I have few more pending offers. HR is very rude, I feel I’m being low balled on RSUs. Did something change with their RSUs allocation to new engineers after iPo?
