I was told that there is a large chance to get into Administrative Process if I don’t schedule the appointment in Australia simply because they aren’t familiar with E3 visa. Does anyone have any experience of initiating/renewing E3 outside Australia?
Good friend got stamping at Melbourne consulate
Renewal in Vancouver, BC was a doddle. Did it a few times and had no real problems.
Did Vancouver twice was not an issue either time
I am trying to book an appointment, but it shows no available date for any location like Vancouver, Toronto, Ottawa. Did you have similar issue?
I was recommended to go to Canada or Mexico or Australia by my immigration lawyers. Went to Vancouver, no issues. PS Perth consulate is super quick at processing (literally 1 day TAT for me), so if you’re not there to sight-see/just wanna go in and out I recommend there

Why don't you ask your companies immigration team? Or if that's who told you that, I would probably listen to their advice...
Actually, this came from company’s immigration team. I also heard many E3s were renewed outside Australia without any issue. I want to avoid long hours traveling with young kids if there isn’t any significant difference.
Understand. But I'm not sure I would take any advice from here when it comes to something like immigration. If immigration lawyers are telling you there's an inherent risk I would listen to them and make decisions based on exactly what they're telling you and not anecdotal stories from here.
