Currently titled and paid as an L5 EA but doing 75% Program Management work and 25% EA work. Was rated TT in my last review, and all areas for improvement were regarding PM work. What’s the base salary for a L5 PM? How do I get them to transfer my job Family to PM. I feel that I’m being taken advantage of.

Ask your management if there is a req for a PM since there is a considerable amount of this work required. If so, ask if you can transfer with or without a loop to this role. If not, let them know that you feel like this is the next step you want to take and will be seeking internal transfer into this role elsewhere, then actually do that.
