it says ‘U’ for India for the month of Sept 2019. any idea? https://travel.state.gov/content/travel/en/legal/visa-law0/visa-bulletin/2019/visa-bulletin-for-september-2019.html
It says Unauthorized
Unavailable for this year. Dates for EB-1 and EB-3 retrogessed. This is so bad for EB-1
What does that exactly mean?
Maybe they detected EB1-C fraud and want to do some investigation to ensure EB1’s are given to deserving candidates and not to any body shop manager working on timecard approvals and spreadsheets.
"U" means Unqualified. I.e. Indians are no longer eligible for green cards, due to visa abuse and fraud
I wonder why some ROW countries dont have a T beside them in the bulletin. T means Travel Ban
I know you're joking, but the travel ban is based on citizenship, not country of birth, so it wouldn't make any sense to include it in the visa bulletin charts.
U is unavailable I guess
