EB1 for engineers

Has anyone tried this? I have read some success stories but wanted to get first hand experiences of people who have successfully filled green cards in this way.

Yes

If you're not a PhD....forget about it

Yes. You need to show that you transferred as a "functional manager" (read TL).

Yes. Pretty common in Cisco. Over 90% success rate. Specially EB1C and EB1B. For EB1A, the checks are a little more stringent, so I would hire my own immigration lawyer.

EB1B for a engineer? Without a PhD I don’t see that happening.

It's possible without a PhD but rare.

I am more interested in knowing about EB1A success stories. I won't qualify for b or c.

What’s your qualification ? Linkedin might have Group Legal services. If you have enrolled in it, you can consult with an external immigration attorney. You can also check with your company’s attorneys!
