Ernst & Young scores another #metoo own goal. They’re really ringing’em up.

For a company that SELLS diversity & inclusion services to other companies, and claims to be a leader in gender equality, it is pretty bad for HR to blame and berate a junior employee when a senior manager grabs her butt.

The Big Four has spent years preaching about being great place for women to work. It’s BS.
