Earlier biometric appointment after I-140 approval
So we filed both I140 and I485 beginning of May. The I140 got approved last week. We need to travel outside of US at the end of June. Is this possible for both of us arranging the biometrics appointment with UICIS earlier before receiving appointment letters from UsCIS. What is the implications of doing it late, on Aug after we come back from our oversea trip? Will it prolong the whole process? Lastly, will my wife and I both getting the same appointment and going together for biometric?

Also, once you get the letter, you can just show up (on a different day) and many places will accept you. Just explain that you were not going to be able to make the set appointment.
I don’t think you get to choose which day you will go for biometric My wife got a specific date and location for her biometric to happen set by uscis Dunno if both will get same day as it was noy the case for us
Once you do get the biometric appointment letter, you can reschedule if you can't make it. Just make sure the letter goes to the right address. You can change your mailing address with USCIS or ask USPS to forward mail to a different address for a specific time.
