Nice, why should eb2 guys have all the fun
What does this mean?
Why? Trump.
Why are there two tables now? I had heard something had changed in the process, can someone elaborate?
One tells you when you can file i485 and the other tells you when you can expect an interview.
Thanks. So the one that retrogressed is the interview one. But they can still file 485 because it's current. Right?
Hilarious, China's priority dates are inverted. EB3 is 2015, EB2 is 2014, and EB1 is 2012. How is that possible?
This is for final action, not EAD
This could be because someone with a priority date of 2012 who was in eb2 now upgraded to eb1. It doesn't necessarily mean there is suddenly a 6 year backlog. Even if there is a single applicant, USCIS changes the dates.
"Should the level of worldwide demand for E1 numbers decline, there could be some future movement in this date prior to the end of the fiscal year." I wonder whether they will move forward in coming months rather than wait for October 1st which is so far away
Wtf why?

Naa they'll fix it man, eb1a is a contributing important category, they'll either reform eb1c or make eb1 current somehow
