Eng Comp in Boston
Currently working as a front end engineer in an agency with a few years of experience, haven't worked at a within an engineering org yet. Was wondering what kind of comp to expect in Boston? Are there signing bonuses usually?

With Senior/Principal SW eng positions in Boston, my offer range was from 130k to 180k TC across non-FANG companies. It was with 10 years experience. None of them offered the signing bonus. With a few years of experience, Facebook, Google, Amazon, Microsoft in Boston should offer around 200k TC including signing bonus.
My new grad offers in the Boston area ranged from 85K to 140K TC across a bunch of non-FAANG companies. All of them offered signing bonuses.
