TESLA UP 14% AFTER HOURS 🎉🎉🎉🎉
Neighbour use to work there and this is what I heard 2-3 months back - good work life bal - good health insurance - free lunches - politics - no direction, 10 years and still struggling - attrition at peak - too much leadership shuffling in short window - best one was VP support now leads Engieering
👍👌
Free lunches - only Friday Rest legit !
Legit !!!!!
Look elsewhere!
I echo the previous comments. Stay away. Lack of direction, too much of internal politics and egos.
If you want to grow as good engineer look elsewhere Do your research, see employee history on LinkedIn, all good people left, Glassdoor is your friend
The changes in senior leadership are a good thing. Lots of the political shit is done with (although I don’t think that kind of stuff ever completely goes away). Our new CEO brings with him a good vision and direction for the company and is filling/replacing some leaky spots in the org. I think this next year will be a posturing year for the company. The engineering org has some really talented people (new and old) in it. As they start pushing recruiting resources there you’ll see some more senior people hop on board I’m sure. Like I said a lot has changed just in the past quarter. I think these changes are good and I think you’ll continue to see more changes in that direction.
Two severe data breaches in a year. You sure you want to work there?
