Enterprise AE Resume Review / tech certs
seeing if there are any folks gracious enough to take a look at my resume and offer advice to transition. Been working in a small Saas niche and wanting to move to Microsoft. also wanting to know what certs i should get to help

How complex is your SaaS? Average Contract Value? Sales Cycle Length? 5 years experience wouldn’t get you a mid-market closing role at AWS unless you had insanely good numbers from a complex tech sales field. Enterprise closing role you would need 10-20+ years

Got it. I don’t know how MS sales roles look but the AWS equivalency would place you entry level or slightly above (still L4)
Certs are irrelevant for commercial AEs. Look at the smc space as a way to get in if you don't have enterprise exp
I have 5 YOE Enterprise Sales
I just can’t seem to get a response to my applications from MS recruiting. So I was hoping a cert might help.
