Equity for C suite at early stage startup

Seed round of $3.2 mil. reveune is part of pilot $16k a month. I will be advisor currently then will come in as c suite after series A. What equity should I expect at current stage vs. at A series funding? Series A should be $16 mil

Don’t blow your wad just yet. Startups with a few million in seed funding are a dime a dozen in the valley. Series A hasn’t happened yet. Easy to make the C suite when the company only has 15 employees.

Where are my manners. Tc $221k, 8 yoe. I’m aware of the startup scam. This is my 5th startup. I’m planning on equity to be worthless but wondering how much equity to expect as advisor and how much to expect as Chief of head of engineering department.

After. Dilution from seed to A can be very high. I worked at a startup where we had 67% dilution between those rounds. Subsequent rounds were quit a bit less.
