fb is good for mobility and long term career growth . FB still has lots of work and many products Netflix is good for money
Netflix is 370/yr. Facebook is 270/yr. LinkedIn is 275/yr., if you spread the signon over 4 years. Netflix is 100K more every year because they don’t give you yearly refresh rewards and other benefits suck. Imagine if you get 150k yearly stock refresh at Facebook and LinkedIn. You come ahead winning. Vesting takes time but on the other hand if the stock goes up, you comps go up as well.
And if the stock goes down? If you want to speculate on the FB stock - get the $ from Netflix and buy FB stock, no need to wait to vest.
