Friend got an offer 160/220/10%/35. Had competing offers. YOE:2. Recruiter didn't mention ICT level. He had competing offers but recruiter never got to know numbers, he just told that he has competing offers,no proof was asked. This was after 1 round of negotiating

Is 10% bonus in the offer letter or provided verbally? I am negotiating an Apple offer so I am asking.
I dont think that is mentioned in the offer letter. No numbers at least. They do mention that the bonus and refreshers are discretionary and based on performance!

So your TC bump will be: 220 -> 240 + whatever bonus Assuming you get 10% bonus of base, your bump will be 17%. Not bad, but you awesome either. And then incrementally grow as refreshers start slowly kicking in and vesting. It doesn’t look like a very significant bump (not having competing offers probably killed you there). But if you like the team you’re joining, I’d do it.
Base is okay, RSU is standard when no competing offer. Do you have a lot of unvested RSU from your current employer? You can try to use that to negotiate, ask Apple to at least match that. Sign on is pretty high though.
