This is a good question. I’m assuming 2 years for signing bonus. But if it’s 5 years for stock you could negotiate that to 4.

Except if you work there, since they don't bring existing employees pay up to that level, it just tells you to quit. A lot of folks on my team left, and a number of them just got major promotions and it still wasn't enough...
That is true at all companies.
I got below offer for L63 Base 176k Sign on cash 30k over 2 years Sign on rsu 250k over 4 years. I had competing offer with same range. I gave range to MS based on that and they came back with this offer.
