Don’t do it ! If you are on visa don’t join
They can send me to canada/europe/india if there is any issue with my h1b petition. Are they not going to do that?

Relocation back to home country definitely possible .. other locations is difficult You would need to prove that you are critical

Yeah. I would negotiate about relo. Also base as well. Seems a bit low for OCI
