Recently got an offer from AppDynamics Base: $185k Bonus: 15% RSU: 130k over 4 years SignOn: 40k over 2 years YOE: 9 I feel they are low balling by a lot

base and bonus bonus seems ok, but that stock is laughable, especially considering the limited upside (and potential downside) that Cisco probably has. Actually interviewed myself with appd recently but passed upon them after the phone screen. No regrets haha 😂. Thanks for sharing your numbers!

sorry bud, I don't work for SAP anymore since 2 years and yeah SAP is a shit hole. Doesn't change the fact that Cisco / appdynamics isn't a beauty queen either (at least that's what I gathered from my ex appd contacts and blind and that's why I passed on spending a day on site) or that OP's offer sucks stock-wise

The base is lower than my current. Also the amount of RSUs is low as compared to other offers I have seen here
