      Really this is for referral bonus. Firstly uber laid off bottom performers. So I'd the employees are smart they laylow and apply in 2 months, else the interviewers know the guy was not found well in Uber

      I don't know higher levels but for swe2 the average I saw was about 140 base, 10 sign on, then about 180 stock over 4 years so, so about 195k. Keep in mind that is without competing offers and those are people hired straight out of master's program / internships. So if you have exp and competing offers could probably go upwards of 250k at least
