Thank you! If one joins from the outside as E5, is the ramp up period tolerant enough or is everyone pretty aggressive in terms of when contributions need to become consistent with the level?
I came in as an E5 from a startup. I feel that everyone was cool about ramp up for a senior person taking a bit longer.

Yes, but March means you will get Calibrated, better join first week of April.
And joining == time when you finish the bootcamp, not when you join the company
They are hybrid and inversely proportional to your expectations
