What is a reasonable compensation from Samsung Research America for a research scientist position? 3-5 years of experience in startups and after postdoc. Base, yearly bonus, shares, signup bonus.

That’s around $140k base, 15% bonus. No stocks. Singon bonus is around $10 to $15k.

That's weak! I would say $150K, 15% bonus and 25K signing + 25k retention bonus for two consecutive years. Yes no stock.
