Expected TC for Marketing Manager at Zendesk

I might be getting an offer soon. Just wondering what numbers should I be shooting for? Base + bonus + stocks ? YOE: 3

Probably around 115K, no bonus, 120K worth of stocks over 4 years. A little Surprised you’re getting manager title with just 3 YOE total...

Also exploring a role at zendesk and the base is pretty similar. Any room for negotiation on stocks?
