Expected compensation package for director at Oracle, Redwood city.

Have a potential offer from Oracle and was wondering if it would be a good move, given the role and job role are similar and what can I expect as a comp package. Current Package (not Oracle offer): 190K Base 38 K annual bonus $30 K RSU/ first year PS: not in Juniper anymore, but in transition

You can get anywhere from 3-7K rsus assigned for M4 so at $50 a share that’s 150-350K. That’s conservative by the way - you can go much higher if OCI.

Assuming you are joining DB or OCI. Base salary standard range is up to around 280k. Standard refresh around 4-5k shares. New hire standard initial grant up to 15k. Of course there are plenty of exceptions as well.

Expect $0 of your target bonus in your negotiations and be happy if u get it. They are like unicorns for 98% of the company. The only way to really get it is if you are really really valued and they think you might quit.
