FAA*G HW Compensation

How does the FAA*G HW compensation compare to tier 2 SW compensation? I guess hardware pay can never match FAANG SW pay but I wanted to check if atleast the HW pay at Facebook/Amazon/Apple/Google match to tier 2 software companies. TC: 150K (2 yoe)
