FB E5 to Apple ICT5 (Software Services Org)
I'm currently E5 at Facebook and got an offer for ICT5 at Apple (in software service org). I wanted to know what is the level of expectations for ICT5? Is it similar to E6 here at Facebook? I just want to make sure that I don't bite more than I can chew.

Ict5 for 6.5 years is great. At that level you are expected to influence cross functional leads. However I think apple PIP program is not as aggressive as Facebook’s.

Yes, it is E6 and E7. Very wide band.
