FB IC3 TC Check
Hi I'm posting this for a friend Facebook IC3 Product Designer YOE: 3 Base: 115k RSU: 110k/4 Sign: 25k How does this sound for an IC3 new grad (Product Designer) role? FB is not increasing the offer even with a compete offer, is that common for new grad at FB?

Idk about new grads but FB IC3 offers are negotiable. There may not be much room there though
YOE3 but coming in as a new grad? I heard FB doesnโt negotiate for new grads. Seems good for new grad role.
