I just got an offer for L5 TAM (Technical Account Manager) role with 7 years experience at facebook. The position is in San Fransisco. The offer was 165k base 15% bonus 120k RSU (over 4 years vesting) 10k joining bonus Is this offer low and should I negotiate for more?
