which one is better long term? around 650k TC in all 3. 15 YOE, 9 yrs as mgr.

Sounds pretty hard for AWS to match even if at L7. They (and Amazon in general) are known for not matching offers like that

The AMZN PE band begins at 450K, so this a very good offer, if they match. Congrats! Looks like a choice between IC and mgmt that you need to make. If IC is what you want, PE at Amazon is a very well respected role.

That looks really similar to an E6 IC offer I saw last year for a colleague. That makes sense for FB as E6 = M1.
