Got an offer from FB Seattle e6 manager Base - 220 Singon - 100 Rsu -800k Sounds like it's norm for what they offer at this level - yes?

This is a good standard offer. Equity has a lot of room for improvement but only if you can make a case for it.

E6 is same as M1.
I had the same offer for e5, but the salary was 185 k thought. In fact , I negotiated very hard and managed to even get e6 (was TL for 10 person team in G) offered with slightly more comp, but went with e5, because it is very easy to get burnt or 🔥 in FB and not easy to find e6 projects. I used to work in G for 3 years and it is order of magnitude chiller than FB, pretty sure that msft is chiller than G. Keep this in mind.
How were you able to successfully negotiate the level?
I was E5 at G and this is like e5.5 at FB. I led a team of 10 people, plus did a very cool project at G which made an impact on all tech in general. So wasn't that hard to negotiate to e6.
