FB annual refresher for E6 vs ICT6?
From what I have learned after searching blind is that TC for eng vs data science differ a lot due to RSU grants and annual refreshers. Can anyone share how much is annual refresher for data science in FB for L6/M1. Also, I understand it’s based on performance, so any info about the median/average will be great.

DS & DE refreshers are roughly 0.6x SWE at all levels
Thanks. From other threads it appears SWE refreshers are 200k for E6. The recruiter said the range is 0-200k for DS, is it the same for SWE?
