Expecting an offer for M1 as data science manager. Recruiter has asked for expectation in terms of numbers. Need help from blind community. What’s the breakdown of M1 comp? YOE:12, TC:290K

200K annual equity is for E6. Data science ranges are lower. I can tell you PM at this level is about 150K a year

Data science is usually higher or at a least same as swe in other companies. Dont these data scientists do real science or is it just more like data engg
