Hey all, I am planning to apply for a couple of strategy positions at Facebook. Would anyone here consider providing a referral? I would really appreciate it! Thanks so much in advance :)
What's a problem that you may troubleshoot? Sorry, this is quite interesting since it's very different from what I work on.
Sure. I can’t tell if I’m being trolled- I’ve always assumed best intentions :) Lately content strategy has become more complex. So for instance a relevant example would be how to deal with misinformation being spread on Facebook. One would have to identify the source, track it, determine the next steps along with what to do to mitigate it. Again, this is just a sliver of how context and strategy can be used efficiently to empower users.

What is a strategy position?
Account management and scaling. It’s part of market operations specifically for regions like APAC and SA. So essentially scaling operations + operations by optimising existing frameworks. Also triaging region-specifically challenges.
I am clueless so I still have no idea after reading that description... can you enlighten me with what someone's day looks like in strategy/account management?
