For non phd.. min 6 years to qualify for e5. Fresh PhD is e4. Dont know for e5 in case of phd

Made it to E5 1 yr after joining as E4..college hires can make it to E5 in 2 years sometimes from E3

FB Is a sleazy company selling personal data, refusing to ban outright lies in advertising and enabling corrupt influence in democratic elections worldwide. Long term, it’s going to decline as people realize their personal data has value. And no I don’t have a FB, IG or WA account.
Your degree doesn’t mean much once you’re in. Impact matters most.

No idea I don’t have a PhD. Masters grads come in at the same level as folks with bachelors in my experience.
