After the on-site interview, a recruiter came in and explained the general process of how they'll proceed from there, in terms of sending the feedback to a panel etc. But what is actually contained within the packet given to the panel? Feedback from first screening to final on-site interview from interviewers? Photos interviewers took of the whiteboard? Does the panel actually look at other information about the candidate, or do they purposely constrain it to purely interview feedback?
I think one bad interview should be ok assuming you did really well in others. Packet might also contain culture fit. Btw were questions were from leetcode ? How did you prepare?
I feel like my culture fit and behavioural were really strong. Out of 5 interviews, I only had 1 20 minute algorithm question, and it wasn't from leetcode. All my screening questions were leetcode easy tagged under Facebook. I was kind of baffled why Facebook do non-algorithm coding interviews on a whiteboard.
In terms of prep just cracking the coding interview and leetcode. I felt like most of the interest in me was from previous portfolio work.
What is your background like? Yoe and company?
I don't really want to get in to specifics. I have 7 years of experience on my specific platform, would that matter?
Did u get an offer ??
Yeah, they came back with an offer about a week after on-site.
And did you take it? I don't know if blind does an account transfer once you switch companies. I see TRIBE here
Why do you copy this comment everywhere

A bit of context. I was told before on-site by my recruiter that he's never had a candidate with such strong backing by multiple Engineering managers before an on-site, as they had looked at some of my work in a specific area. But I feel like I bombed one of my interviews in the coding problem (it wasn't algorithms). Is it possible they'll look at why there was general interest in me and realise the specific problem isn't one of my strengths?
