Facebook Applied ML/Operations Research Scientist role in Enterprise org
I'm going to be interviewing for the above mentioned role in the Enterprise Engineering org. I have heard mostly bad things about the org. Can someone please tell me little more about the org or role? TC: None, I'm a new grad but have another offer north of 200K

They’re not going to match >200k in enterprise org for a new grad. What did you hear about the org?
Oh I see, thanks! I've heard that the quality of engineers is not as good as SWEs in other orgs and also that they get paid lesser, and it's not easy to switch from Enterprise to other orgs. Is it true?
I dunno about quality of engineers but pay is less and switching to SWE requires an abbreviated interview loop. I’m in EE and I’d say SWE is better.
