Offered an E5 role: 35k sign-on 175k salary 330k RSU 10 yoe - currently at Another FANG at same career level. Role is in Bay Area. Room for negotiation? Equity seems on the low end. Role is appealing, interesting work.

It’s not a low ball but it’s fairly low on the band, mostly in terms of stock (base is solid). Just get competing offers.

Offer is low. It’d be good if it were each year. An E4 will make more than you. At E5 you should expect over $300k comp, if not closer to $400k.
