Dear Blinders, Hardware position, 7 yoe, menlo park, no competing offer 190K base, 320K RSU, 15% performance bonus, 40K sign on What do you guys think, I think they are low balling me on RSU and sign on based on what I saw on blind but they say its as high as they go for hardware positions and the numbers on blind are for software engineers.
