Facebook E5 vs Amazon SDE3 vs Salesforce PMTS

I have the following offers
E5 from Facebook
SDE3 from Amazon
Principal MTS from Salesforce

Which ones would you suggest based on career growth, interesting work and culture and most importantly which is valued most of all the three ?

Update: These are from different locations. TC is more or less the same considering the cost of living. Nevertheless, here are the TC details:
Facebook, London - 110k base, 20k joining bonus in pounds and 400k stocks in USD

Amazon, Salesforce, India - around 12 million INR including base, variable / joining bonus and stocks

Wait, let me digest that... are you really asking whether you should work in London or anywhere in India?
    Nice trolling.

Trust me, moving out of India will be the best decision of your life. And your kids will be endlessly thankful.

While you make a choice don't underestimate the importance of decent WLB. You don't wanna look again soon. Or have physical/ mental health issues.

      Definitely Facebook.

At each of these places the team will play a significant role in your success. At FB you will get to choose your team. If you're good, your chances of being rewarded well are highest at FB.

I would pick amazon assuming the team is decent. Be in India or in US if you are in tech. Lots of opportunities to switch jobs and grow as well.

Brand is not as important as a good work/team.

Just curious, what is your YOE?

~180k in London is a good salary but don’t expect to live a very lavish or luxurious life. You can afford to rent a 1-2 bedroom apartment in central London (~500-800sqft) for 2000-2500 pounds per month. Commuting is expensive - food is expensive - everything is expensive.

12 million annually anywhere in India will get you a much better lifestyle.

But all that said, you need to make the choice between India vs London. Money can buy only so much happiness - and India has its pros and cons that you need to take into consideration. So does London.

Facebook, London. That's really good pay for one of the best cities in the world. And it's not that far from India whenever you want to visit.

London is very costly compared to India and offers have the same TC.
London is ruled out if you consider TC

SDE 3 at Amazon is higher level than fb L5. You could work at SDE 3 for a year or so and try for E6 at fb.

Assuming career growth is your primary concern, I would take FB London by a country mile.

SDE3 isn't what it once was here. The bar has been lowered (it's more of a team-scoped role than a true org-wide cross-functional role now) and the compensation is usually much weaker than the roughly equivalent levels at G/FB (L5/E5).

This is especially true in India, because those offices are where projects go to die; it's a lot of maintenance/KTLO ("keeping the lights on") scut work.

Depends on where you want to work. I assume you are currently in India. If you are looking for wlb go for sales force. Consistently rated as one of the best companies with really good wlb.
If that’s not a concern go with Facebook because of the location. It would definitely be a good exposure for you assuming that you have worked in India till now.
Also Sde 3 in amazon is rated highly among all other companies as well, so you can’t go wrong with that as well.

Amazon India anytime :) Dude, I work in Microsoft,Redmond at 62 and my TC is 190k , even if I am single, my credit card bills are on fire, Was working in India 1.5 years back with 40 lacs TC, I was still able save a lot in india and with very levish lifestyle. 1.2 cr in India definitly wins here. India is future.

Out of those you would get paid the most per hour at salesforce. You would probably work half the hours and people are way nicer. I talk to our Indian coworkers all the time and it’s chill. Hyd is growing a lot.
