I'm going in for an onsite. I wasn't looking for a new role, but a recruiter contacted me about an enterprise PM role, and I took the phone screen. It went really well, and now here I am. I'm currently a senior PM at a large tech company, and I was just curious what the comp range is for this role at a senior level (which looks like l6 or l7?). Additionally, I was curious what enterprise PM work was like at FB. I've worked on ML products and associated services as well as consumer products prior to this. I know this will be leading internal product development, but I'm curious if people enjoy the work that have done it before. I'm also curious if you have the ability to move around after being hired. For example, if FB begins hiring PMs on the product side in my area, would interviewing for that role be easy?
Would you mind sharing how your interview process was and what to expect? I am having a call with HR next week and any help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks

Is it in the IT org? If IT you will not be paid as well.
