IG Growth grows instagram. They report to IG design and have different goals and surfaces. If you want to work on IG, work there. If you want to work on Facebook, work at Facebook :)

Would say yes. Their VP is also the head of design. Smaller team than Ads and Core App, but they seem to enjoy it
