Facebook HC Chances

Had an onsite interview with FB last Tuesday. Recruiter said all the feedback was strong hire except the second coding interview which was mixed. They had me do a follow up coding interview where the feedback was still mixed but recruiter said I have pretty good odds of passing HC for the rotational program because worse candidates have gotten through. Not sure what to make of the situation though as he said he can't guarantee anything. Anyone at FB been through this?

Yeah, I'm not really complaining about that. Just stressed I might not get that offer either. I've put in about 100 hours this past month in interview prep for FB.

TC is still pretty good. 150k base and 65k signing bonus. And you become an e4 by the end of it.

would the e4 TC be same as someone coming in directly? whats ur current TC?
