Hello I have an interview in 2 days with the Facebook marketplace team for a product manager role. Any tips or suggestions are greatly appreciated.

This was onsite. I cannot discuss the interview questions obviously. The feedback was the classic- we are looking for more experienced candidate in xyz.

Did not go through with the process, but here are some insight for everyone who will be applying to this role. 4 ppl on the panel will ask you a different questions related to 1) product roadmap: - product revenue numbers are down, how would you approach to solve the problem? - design a video experience - out of three group of advertisers who are currently leverage the product (I.e. messenger), which one you will concentrate to grow revenue and why? 2) product knowledge - what is your favorite product on FB? - what is the most undervalued product on the platform? 3) leadership and team building A lot of “tell me about a situation ...” questions

Looking for questions for PM interview please
Talk to the recruiter. They actually help you a lot in terms of the focus of each interview and what to expect etc. Execution is focused on metrics. Remember to think of the whole ecosystem and not just a single metric or metrics on one side of the marketplace or feature.
