I am interviewing with Facebook for a PMM role within GMS, supporting core Ads. It is a people management role. My onsite interview is with: Hiring Manager 2 direct report 3 peers (Engg, PM + 1 more). What can I expect? Does FB ask behavioral questions? What sort of technical and domain depth is expected and how will it be tested? (Would value being pointed to technical papers relevant to FBs optimization methods or ones similar to it). Given the diversity of interviewers’ roles, I want to prepare appropriately. Curious about comparisons with Amazon’s process in particular, which I’m familiar with.
I would definitely be prepared to get behavioral questions
You'll get lots of hypotheticals. Interviews at FB aren't as structured as, say, Google. They're rolling out more structured interview kits, but for the most part it's just like interviewing anywhere else. The single best piece of advice I can give it you is to remember FB goes out of its way to hire builders. So emphasize that quality. Also, like other FAANG companies, the process is intended to weed out false positives. They have no problem with false negatives. Good luck!
Do you know the comp band for lead ppm position at FB?

Since fb started this leetcode thing so just do a quick grind on all hard problems you will be fine for the behavioral ones.
Is PMM Product Marketing Manager? Surely don’t need leetcode for that, right? Doubt even Product Manager would need leetcode.
