Facebook Interview

Hi all! I applied to Facebook via internal referral and now I have phone interview this upcoming week. For those who have gotten into FB this route, what was your interviewing like and how long did the process take you? BTW, I am interviewing for a non-tech job. Thank you!

Route doesn't matter. Interviewing will be pretty standard to ensure fairness, equity and reduce bias

Took 1.5 months to get to onsite because recruiter was ghosting. By the time I got to the onsite I had other offers on the table so onsite feedback only took a few days.

Mine was pretty fast. I was referred also and had other on-sites scheduled when I spoke to FB recruiter, so I let recruiter know to expedite. (Eng role.) Total was 1mo from referral to offer.
