Anybody who has been part of non tech interview loops at Facebook? What sort of questions should I expect in the interviews and how best can I prepare? Are there any reading materials or resources that you can recommend? Pls share your experience. TC = 330K Interviewing for Partnerships role at FB
Skip FB, you’re likely better off at Amazon. FB is declining long term due to an aging user base, poor recent product launches and tone deaf leadership that’s just jumping from scandal to scandal. Stock declining long term, avoid.
Your recruiter should set up some time with you to set expectations of the on site. Use that time to ask your questions.
Are you in partnerships in Amazon? Or account management, marketing etc? I'm in partnerships but thinking of what's the next step from here if I wanted to look outside

Interview wise they'll ask lots of behavioural questions around project management and partnerships growth, people skills and product adoption questions. Maybe how you helped another company achieve their goals...
I just went through five rounds of FB Partnerships interviews last few months. Almost all questions centered around where you think of the future is head for the vertical you are working in (and how FB can help get there), how you handle difficult partner conversations in particular, and how well and much you work cross-functionally
What type of role you're coming from? Thanks

What level are you at Amazon? What group are you interviewing in? It’s a pretty typical star format, not about LPs but about the experiences of doing this type or work and is also heavy on showing how you have collaborated to get things done vs just forcing it on people. FB is heavily collaborative.
Or thank you. L7 at Amazon
