I understand engineers don't get hired as E1 or E2, but does FB have IC1 and IC2? Just curious

IC1 is for data labeling I believe. Positions that would normally be contract roles but can’t due to legal sensitivity I’d imagine. IC2 is pretty common for entry level specialist roles.

Yes, I've seen the HR data. There are IC1 and IC2. Mostly labeling, facilities, and other support roles.
I believe it exists but they're for non-eng roles.
